Hannah Alexander, a junior at Noblesville High, won the girls discus throw title with a personal-best 158-8 (48.36m) effort in the second round at the Indiana State Championships at the Robert C. Haugh Track and Field Complex in Bloomington. Alexander also took third in the shot put final with a sixth-round mark of 45-8.50 (13.93m), elevating from seventh place on her final attempt to help contribute to Noblesville capturing the team championship with 45 points.
